If you contact us via our contact form, we collect the following data:
- Email address (mandatory)

The data entered via the form is used exclusively to process your request. The data is transmitted to us via email and remains in our email inbox until it is manually deleted. No automatic deletion takes place.
3.2 Server Log Files
When you visit our website, server log files are automatically created. These include, among others:
- IP address
- Date and time of access
- Browser and operating system used
- Referring website (referrer)
This data is used to ensure the uninterrupted operation of our website and to improve our services. These data will not be combined with other data sources.
3.3 Tracking via URL Parameters and Server-Side Sessions
To measure the success of our marketing campaigns and to link visit data with lead data, we collect the following URL parameters:
- utm_source
- utm_medium
- utm_campaign
- utm_term
- utm_content
- gclid
- msclkid
Technical Implementation:
- When you visit our website, the above-mentioned parameters – if present in the URL – are stored server-side together with an anonymously generated session ID.
- A technically necessary session cookie (e.g., PHPSESSID) is used to manage the session.
- The tracking data collected is used exclusively to assign visit data to lead data and to measure success (e.g., to support offline conversions in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising).
- The processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f of the GDPR and in accordance with the Spanish data protection regulations (LOPDGDD).
- The tracking data is stored only as long as necessary to measure success (typically up to 90 days); thereafter, it is anonymized or deleted.
4. Cookies and Cookie Consent
4.1 Technically Necessary Cookies
For the operation of our website, we use a technically necessary session cookie (e.g., PHPSESSID). This cookie is used to manage the session and is set without your explicit consent, as it is indispensable for providing the website.
4.2 Cookie Consent Module
To give you control over the storage of cookies that are not technically necessary, we use a Cookie Consent Module. This module allows you to adjust your cookie preferences.
Within this module, the following additional cookies may be set:
- scc_cookie_consent: Stores the cookie categories and consents that you have provided.
- scc_user_id: Contains a unique, anonymized user ID to identify returning visits.
Through the Link to the Cookie Settings you can view and modify your preferences at any time, or withdraw your consent.
5. Use of Analytics and Advertising Tracking Tools
5.1 Google Analytics (anonymized)
We use Google Analytics in an anonymized form to analyze user behavior on our website and to optimize our offering. This includes collecting data such as the IP address (or a shortened version thereof), browser type, operating system, and access times. Anonymization is achieved through appropriate settings in Google Analytics. For more details, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy.
5.2 Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
For advertising purposes and to measure the success of our campaigns, we occasionally use Google Ads Tracking and Microsoft Advertising Tracking. This primarily uses the parameter gclid and other relevant tracking data to associate offline conversions.
- The processing is carried out based on your provided consent and our legitimate interests.
- Please note that in this process, data may be transferred to third countries (e.g., the USA). Appropriate protection measures have been implemented for these transfers.
6. Hosting and Security Measures
6.1 Hosting
Our website is hosted by Hetzner in Germany, complying with the current technical and organizational security standards.
6.2 Data Security
We use SSL encryption (HTTPS) to secure data transmission between your browser and our server. Additionally, we have implemented internal security measures such as regular updates, access restrictions, and firewalls to prevent unauthorized access to your data.
7. Retention Periods
Personal data collected through the contact form will be retained for as long as necessary to process your request. Tracking data (e.g., session data and URL parameters) is generally stored for a period of up to 90 days, provided that it is necessary for measuring success. Once this period has elapsed, the data will be anonymized or deleted.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Obtain a list of the personal data we have about you.
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Delete your personal data, provided no legal retention obligations oppose this.

To exercise these rights or if you have any questions regarding privacy, please feel free to contact us at any time.
9. Data Transfer to Third Parties and to Non-EU Countries
We transfer your data to selected third-party providers (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) as far as it is necessary for the analysis, measurement of success, and implementation of our marketing campaigns. We ensure that appropriate protective measures (e.g., standard contractual clauses) are applied – particularly in cases where the data is transferred to third countries such as the USA.
10. Future Extensions and Amendments to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy should the legal framework change or should new tools, plugins, or services that collect additional personal data be used in the future. The Privacy Policy will therefore be updated regularly to adapt to new technical developments and legal requirements.
